为了研究型钢再生混凝土(SRRAC)组合柱的轴压性能,设计了23个试件进行轴压试验,考虑了再生粗骨料取代率、箍筋体积配箍率和混凝土强度等级3个变化参数。通过试验观察了试件的破坏形态,获取了试件受力全过程曲线、极限承载力等重要数据,并分析各变化参数对SRRAC柱轴心抗压承载性能的影响,基于试验提出其强度计算公式。研究结果表明:SRRAC柱破坏时型钢受压屈服、再生混凝土压碎,具有良好的承载性能,各变化参数均对其承载性能有显著影响,建议再生粗骨料最优取代率为40%,该文建议强度计算公式计算值与试验结果吻合较好。研究结果可供再生混凝土组合结构的进一步科学研究和工程应用参考。
In order to study the axial compressive performance of SRRAC composite columns, 23 specimens were designed for axial compression test. Three parameters of recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio, stirrup stirrup ratio and concrete strength grade were considered. Through the experiment, the failure morphology of the specimen was observed, and the important data such as the whole process curve and the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen were obtained. The influence of each parameter on the compressive loading capacity of the SRRAC column was analyzed. Based on the experiment, formula. The results show that when SRRAC columns are damaged, the yield stress of yielding steel is reduced and the recycled concrete is crushed, which has good bearing capacity. All the parameters have significant influence on its bearing capacity. The optimum replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 40% The proposed calculation formula of strength is in good agreement with the experimental results. The results can be used for further scientific research and engineering application of recycled concrete composite structure.
