塑料事业部包装车间,是塑料树酯生产中的最后一个环节,主要从事聚烯烃树脂产品的包装。随着上海石化四期工程的发展,2002年包装能力从原来的年44万吨已扩大到92万吨,但员工只从106人增加到108人。为把包装车间建设成“三高一流”(高标准、高水平、高技术、国内一流)的包装生产流水线,我们确立了以“精细管理——五常法(5S管理)”为内涵,将传统的定置管理、目视管理方法与现代化管理理念相结合的现场管理目标,并在全体员工的努力下,取得了较好的管理效果。

With the development of Shanghai Petrochemical Phase IV Project, the packaging capacity in 2002 expanded from the original 440,000 tons to 920,000 tons, but the number of employees increased from 106 to 108.
