高脂日粮对草鱼肌肉营养成分的影响

以草鱼为研究对象,通过降低草鱼基本日粮里的蛋白质水平,提高脂肪水平,研究日粮对草鱼肌肉营养成分的影响.选取健康度和规格一致的草鱼360尾,随机分成两组:对照组和试验组.每组180尾,分3个水平,每个水平60尾.对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂高脂肪水平的日粮,预试验5 d,正式试验56 d.试验结束后对草鱼的肌肉营养成分进行测定.结果显示,验组的草鱼肌肉的水分、粗蛋白、粗灰分和对照组的相比无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组的粗脂肪水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);以上结果说明在草鱼的基础日粮中降低蛋白质水平,提高脂肪水平对其的肌肉水分、粗蛋白、粗灰分没有影响,但是可以提高草鱼肌肉的粗脂肪水平.
