目的从病理学和细胞因子角度观察雷公藤多甙栓对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎(U lcerative Colitis,UC)的治疗效果和作用机理。方法将SD大鼠制成UC模型,将模型鼠随机分为治疗组和治疗对照组,分别以雷公藤多甙栓和柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)栓治疗,同时设正常对照组。观察各组大鼠结肠组织的病理变化和测定大鼠血清TNF-a和IL-8的水平。结果与模型组比较,治疗组大鼠的结肠组织病理明显改善,血清中TNF-a和IL-8的水平明显升高,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论雷公藤多甙栓对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠有明显的治疗作用,可能是通过抗炎及调节免疫来实现的。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Tripterygium wilfordii suppository on ulcerative colitis (UC) in rats from pathological and cytokine perspectives. Methods SD rats were made into UC model. The rats were randomly divided into treatment group and treatment control group. They were treated with Triptolide and SASP respectively. The normal control group was also set up. Observe the pathological changes of the colon tissue and the levels of serum TNF-a and IL-8 in rats. Results Compared with the model group, the pathological changes of the colon in the treated group were significantly improved, and the levels of serum TNF-a and IL-8 were significantly increased (P<0.01). Conclusion Tripterygium wilfordii can obviously treat ulcerative colitis in rats, which may be achieved through anti-inflammatory and immune regulation.
