掌握正确的思想原则和工作方法,高标准,严要求,是达到管理教育最佳效益的基本条件。当前部队某些基层干部,由于自身政治素质、管教水平和修养意识较差,以自己思想上的低格调对部队进行管理教育,给部队作风带来了不良影响。管理教育中的低格调有各种表现:哄骗式。有的干部对战士不是以条例条令为依据进行高标准严要求,而是错误地用小恩小惠说好话骗着干。有的干部给“刺头兵”递烟送糖,哄着干工作,生怕激怒他们;有的欺骗领导,竟然编着方儿为战士请假,以逃避训练;有的明知战士有错,却想方设法为其开脱,目的是让其听话、服管。这些往往适得其反,无形中助长了歪风邪气。
Mastering the correct ideological principles and working methods, high standards and strict requirements are the basic conditions for achieving the best possible management and education benefits. Some grass-roots cadres in the current armed forces have, in light of their own political quality, poor discipline and poor self-cultivation awareness, and management and education of their troops in their own low ideological style, which have adversely affected their work style. The low style in management education has various manifestations: spoofing. Some cadres did not make high-standard and strict demands on soldiers based on ordinances but mistakenly use good words to deceive them. Some cadres gave “Expedition soldiers ” handed cigarettes to send sugar, coaxed to do their jobs for fear of angering them; some cheated leaders who even edited Fang Er as fighters on leave to evade training; and some knew that fighters were wrong, But find ways to excuse themselves, the purpose is to allow obedience, taking control. These are often counterproductive, virtually contributing to unhealthy trends.
