介绍了油压减振器电镀活塞杆使用过程中的磨耗故障修复工艺,该工艺着重探讨控制活塞杆的退镀、电镀和镀后加工等环节,通过过程中细小环节的严格控制,使修复后活塞杆的各项性能达到甚至超过原新品活塞杆。
This paper introduces the repair process of wear failure in the process of the piston rod electroplating of hydraulic shock absorber. The process focuses on the destroying, electroplating and post-plating processing of the control piston rod. Through the strict control of small steps in the process, Piston rod performance reach or exceed the original new piston rod.
