给出了交通信息采集及监控系统的总体结构设计,着重讨论了路边单元、车载单元、车道控制系统及确保系统信息安全的措施。本系统通过微波标识卡和IC卡分别对机动车辆和人员进行有效标识,并能实时记录和监控机动车辆和人员有关的消费和控制信息,满足了多种应用功能的需求。
The overall structure design of traffic information collection and monitoring system is given. The roadside unit, vehicle unit, lane control system and measures to ensure system information security are mainly discussed. The system identifies the motor vehicles and personnel through the microwave identification card and the IC card respectively, and can record and monitor the consumption and control information related to motor vehicles and personnel in real time to meet the needs of various application functions.
