知识经济时代的到来和经济全球化使企业竞争的焦点成为“人才”的竞争,对于“人口密集型”的旅游企业来说,“人”的管理成为影响企业发展的关键点。本文针对中小旅游企业人力资源管理存在的管理理念、职责不明、模式落后、人才缺乏和人才流动等问题,提出了中小旅游企业人力资源管理创新的观点及其具体对策。
The arrival of the era of knowledge economy and economic globalization make the competition of enterprises become the competition of “talents”, and the management of “people ” becomes the key to the development of enterprises for tourism enterprises “population-intensive ” point. In view of the existing management concepts, unclear responsibilities, backward models, lack of qualified personnel and the flow of talents in small and medium-sized tourism enterprises, this paper puts forward the viewpoint and specific countermeasures of human resources management innovation in small and medium-sized tourism enterprises.
