为了实现工学结合的目标,探索构建了高职水利水电建筑工程专业包括“素质教育课程+职业基础课程+职业技术课程+专业方向选修课程+专业拓展(任修课)及课外教育课程”模块化工学结合的课程体系;根据职业技能培训要求和专业课程设置的特点,建立了基于工作过程的“职业技能培训”组合模块,并与职业岗位实现“零距离”对接;通过“项目化课程”建设和教学方法的改革,强化学生职业能力培养;重构理论教学与实践教学环节,将学习与工作、学校与企业、教室与车间、学生与员工、教师与师傅、教学管理与企业管理等有机融合,全面实现工学结合、工学交替。
