As a measuring elastic element, the flat spring has been widely used in various instruments and instruments. The precision of the instrument mostly depends on the manufacturing accuracy and selection form of these springs. This article discusses the possibility of detecting flat spring parameters using a vibrating wire sensor. Quartz vibrating wire sensors are made of optically pure fused quartz (Figure 1). In the sensor structure, the left part of the rod 1 is largely fixed to the quartz shell 4 by the projections 6 and the quartz shell itself is fixed in the metal shell 2. The free end of the rod 1 is welded to the working area 5 of the housing 4. The vibrating wire 3 is welded on the rod 1, the surface is coated with a metal, and is connected with the self-excited oscillator circuit through the sealing lead 7.
