扫频测量是电子测量的一个重要方面。其中网络幅频特性的测量又是经常性的测量。本文介绍一种基于IBM-PC机的扫频测试方法和测试系统。我们设计并研制的计算机扫频测试系统以一台PC系列个人计算机为主控机,充分利用微机自身资源,并辅以多功能软件系统和颇具特色的模块化功能插件(硬件),使之实现快速准确地测试低频有源网络和无源网络的幅频特性;自动显示和打印幅频特性曲线;并可根据坐标刻度线读取参数和用户建立的标准模型曲线相比较。系统既可进行点频测量,又可在一定频率范围内进行扫频测量。
Sweep frequency measurement is an important aspect of electronic measurement. One of the network amplitude frequency characteristics of the measurement is a recurrent measurement. This article describes an IBM-PC-based sweep test method and test system. We designed and developed a computer sweep test system to a PC series of personal computers as the main control computer, make full use of their own computer resources, supplemented by multi-functional software systems and unique modular function plug-ins (hardware), to achieve Quickly and accurately test the amplitude and frequency characteristics of low-frequency active networks and passive networks; automatically display and print the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve; and compare with the user-established standard model curve according to the coordinate scale reading parameter. The system can carry out point-frequency measurement, but also in a certain frequency range for frequency measurement.
