目的观察利用超声波技术去除浅、中龋龋洞内的腐质的临床效果。方法随机选取69例患者114颗浅、中龋洞牙齿,随机分成2组,分别用高速涡轮钻去腐法,超声去腐法去腐后充填,观察1年内的疗效。结果高速涡轮钻去腐法去腐后充填的成功率为98.41%,超声去腐后充填的成功率为96.08%。经统计学χ2检验高速涡轮钻去腐法组与超声方法组之间疗效差异无统计学意义。结论超声去腐法去除浅、中龋在临床中应用是可行的。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of using ultrasonic technique to remove the humus in shallow and middle carious cavities. Methods One hundred and ninety-four patients with shallow carious cavities and middle carious cavities were randomly divided into two groups. They were treated by high-speed turbo-drill decarburization and ultrasonic decalcification respectively. The curative effect within one year was observed. Results The success rate of high-speed turbo-drill decarburization filling was 98.41%, and the success rate of ultrasonic decalcification filling was 96.08%. There was no significant difference in curative effect between the high-speed turbo-drill method group and the ultrasonic method group by statistical χ2 test. Conclusion Ultrasound decasion method to remove the shallow, caries in the clinical application is feasible.
