本研究调查了1991年顺德市41家苯作业厂家的危害状况,并对其作业危害程度进行了分级。分级方法采用我国GB5044-85标准以及美国HR方法。本文从苯作业角度对两种分级的实质,合理性和预测性进行了探索分析。研究表明对苯作业的危害程度分级有利于分级管理,有重点地保护高危人群,对苯作业人群进行SGPT检测对评价苯作业危害程度起一定作用。作者认为,我国GB5044-85标准对现阶段我国苯作业特别是乡镇企业苯作业的分级管理有一定的实用价值。
This study investigated the hazardous situation of 41 benzene-producing factories in Shunde City in 1991, and classified the harm degree of their work. Grading method using China’s GB5044-85 standard and the United States HR method. This paper explores and analyzes the substance, rationality and predictability of the two grading from the perspective of benzene operation. The research shows that the grading of hazardous degree to benzene is conducive to grading management, and the protection of high-risk groups is focused on. The SGPT detection of benzene-based workers plays a role in evaluating the harm degree of benzene. The author believes that our country GB5044-85 standard has a certain practical value for the class management of benzene in our country, especially township enterprises.
