目的 :探讨非穿透性小梁切除术 (NPTS)联合不同植入物的方法及疗效。方法 :将 31例 (40只眼 )原发性开角型青光眼随机分为A、B两组 ,每组均为 2 0只眼。A :NPTS +保存羊膜植入。B :NPTS +透明质酸钠生物胶 (SKGEL)。所有眼联合MMC及调整缝线 ,观察术后眼压、视力、滤过泡、前房等。结果 :随访一年 ,手术成功率 :A组 85 % ,B组 90 % ,A、B两组无显著性差异 (X2 =0 39P >0 5 )。所有患者无前房变浅、炎症、脉络膜脱离、视力下降等并发症。结论 :NPTS植入物可选择羊膜及SKGEL ,但羊膜更经济。
Objective: To investigate the method and efficacy of non-penetrating trabeculotomy (NPTS) combined with different implants. Methods: Thirty-one patients (40 eyes) with primary open-angle glaucoma were randomly divided into A and B groups, with 20 eyes in each group. A: NPTS + preserved amniotic membrane implantation. B: NPTS + sodium hyaluronate gel (SKGEL). All eyes combined MMC and adjust the suture, observed postoperative intraocular pressure, visual acuity, filtration bleb, anterior chamber and so on. Results: After a year of follow-up, the success rate of surgery was 85% in group A and 90% in group B, with no significant difference between groups A and B (X2 = 0 39 P> 0 5). All patients had no anterior chamber shallow, inflammation, choroidal detachment, vision loss and other complications. CONCLUSIONS: NPTS implants are available for amniotic membrane and SKGEL, but amniotic membrane is more economical.
