本文介绍核反应堆中辐射对材料性能的影响和辐照损伤的机制,利用低能离子加速器产生的重离子轰击材料来作辐照损伤的模拟试验。离子注入是加速器应用在材料科学中的一个新的研究领域。本文介绍离子注入概况、注入冶金学、离子注入对金属材料表面性能的影响,以及它在工业中应用的前景。最后介绍了加速器在固体表面分析上的新用途——背散射分析的基本概念和应用。
In this paper, the effects of radiation on material properties and radiation damage in nuclear reactors are introduced. The simulation experiments of irradiation damage using heavy ion bombardment materials produced by low energy ion accelerator are introduced. Ion implantation is a new area of research where accelerators are used in materials science. This article presents an overview of ion implantation, injection metallurgy, ion implantation on the surface properties of metallic materials, and its application in the industry. Finally, the new application of accelerator in solid surface analysis is introduced - the basic concept and application of backscatter analysis.
