针对目前残膜回收含杂率高的问题,结合夹指链式残膜回收机,提出一种曲柄摇杆式清杂装置。介绍了清杂装置的结构组成和工作原理,对曲柄摇杆机构建立了数学模型,通过理论分析得出曲柄摇杆机构的重要参数,并通过ADAMS软件对该机构进行运动仿真分析,完成机构技术参数的优化。田间试验表明:该装置的膜杂分离率达到93.8%,证明了该装置设计方案的可行性,能够满足清杂作业的要求。
In view of the current problem of high content of residual film recycling, combined with the finger chain residual film recovery machine, put forward a crank rocker-type cleaning device. The structure and working principle of the cleaning device are introduced. The mathematical model of the crank-rocker mechanism is established. The important parameters of the crank-rocker mechanism are obtained through theoretical analysis. The motion simulation analysis of the mechanism is carried out by ADAMS software. Parameter optimization. Field experiments showed that the membrane separation rate of the device reached 93.8%, which proves the feasibility of the design scheme of the device to meet the requirements of clean operation.
