报道了一种简单、经济友好的方法制备单分散的CoO八面体.采用X射线衍射分析仪(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM),X射线能谱分析仪(EDS)及高倍透射电镜(TEM)对产物的形貌、组成、尺寸及微结构进行了表征.结果表明:所合成的CoO八面体为相纯的立方单晶体,其尺寸均一、形貌相似.研究了反应参数对CoO八面体的生长过程的影响.CoO八面体的生长机理表明正丁醇在CoO八面体形成过程中起着至关重要的作用.
A simple and economical method was reported to prepare monodisperse CoO octahedrons. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and high-power transmission electron microscopy (TEM) The morphology, composition, size and microstructure of the product were characterized.The results show that the synthesized CoO octahedra are phase pure cubic cubic crystals with uniform size and morphology.The effects of reaction parameters on the growth of CoO octahedron Process.CoO octahedron growth mechanism shows that n-butanol plays a crucial role in the formation of CoO octahedra.
