目的通过对某天然气冷热电三联供项目存在的职业病危害因素和防护措施进行分析与评价,提出职业病防护建议。方法采用职业卫生现场调查,对主要职业病危害因素进行检测与分析,并对职业病防护措施、职业卫生管理和个人防护用品等进行综合评价。结果项目主要存在的职业病危害因素有噪声、高温及热辐射、工频电场、氨(氨水)、肼、氢氧化钠等化学毒物。共检测作业场所中噪声46个点,合格率为76.1%,最大值为97.4 d B(A);工频电场强度、化学毒物浓度检测结果均符合要求。职业健康检查结果未见异常。结论企业应加强局部通风措施及个人防护用品的使用,改进尿素投料口设计,增设应急救援措施,完善各类告知内容。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards and protective measures existing in a natural gas co-generation project, and put forward suggestions on occupational disease prevention. Methods The occupational health field survey was conducted to detect and analyze the major occupational hazards and comprehensively evaluate occupational disease prevention measures, occupational health management and personal protective equipment. Results The major occupational hazards that exist in the project are noise, high temperature and heat radiation, industrial frequency electric field, ammonia (ammonia), hydrazine, sodium hydroxide and other chemical poisons. A total of 46 points of noise were detected at the workplace, with a pass rate of 76.1% and a maximum of 97.4 d B (A). The test results of power frequency electric field intensity and chemical poisons concentration all met the requirements. No abnormal occupational health examination results. Conclusion Enterprises should strengthen the local ventilation measures and the use of personal protective equipment to improve the design of urea feeding port, add emergency rescue measures and improve all kinds of informed content.
