目的调查本次食物中毒的病原,防止此类食物中毒的发生。方法采用流行病学调查方法,对患者血液与肛拭子样本及部分中餐食品进行实验室检测。结果22名患者的肛拭子均检出副溶血性弧菌,血常规显示,白细胞计数升高〔(14.81~20.53)×109/L〕。结论该次食物中毒是由副溶血性弧菌污染食品所引起,要加强餐饮配送行业的监督管理,提高从业人员的卫生意识。
Objective To investigate the pathogen of food poisoning and prevent the occurrence of such food poisoning. Methods The method of epidemiological investigation was used to test the samples of blood and anal swabs and some Chinese food in laboratory. Results Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected in all the anal swabs of 22 patients. Blood tests showed an increase in white blood cell count (14.81 to 20.53) × 109 / L. Conclusion The food poisoning caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus contaminated food, should strengthen the supervision and management of food distribution industry, improve health awareness of employees.
