作者首次从猪囊尾蚴中提取胶原蛋白,用紫外分光仪、SDS-PAGE、透射电镜和ELISA等方法对猪囊尾蚴胶原蛋白进行了初步分析。表明:(1)猪囊尾蚴中含有一定量的胶原蛋白;(2)胶原蛋白主要以Ⅰ型为主,分子量在80kDa~130kDa之间;(3)通过酶联免疫吸附实验,检测其抗原性。对42例脑囊虫病患者血清IgG抗体的检测,阳性率达88.1%,而对30例正常人检测结果均为阴性。说明囊尾蚴胶原蛋白对人具有很强的免疫性,其抗原决定簇可刺激机体产生特异性IgG抗体。因此猪囊尾蚴胶原蛋白是具有很强的抗原性的一组蛋白质,有望成为囊虫病新的免疫诊断用抗原。
Collagen was extracted from Cysticercus cellulosae for the first time. The collagen of Cysticercus cellulosae was preliminarily analyzed by UV spectrophotometer, SDS-PAGE, transmission electron microscopy and ELISA. The results showed that: (1) Cysticercus cellulosae contained a certain amount of collagen; (2) Collagen was predominantly of type I with a molecular weight of between 80 kDa and 130 kDa; (3) The antigenicity was tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay . Serum IgG antibody was detected in 42 cases of patients with cysticercosis, the positive rate was 88.1%, while the test results of 30 normal people were negative. Description of Cysticercus collagen on human immunity is very strong, its antigenic determinants can stimulate the body to produce specific IgG antibodies. Therefore, Cysticercus cellulosae collagen protein is a group of proteins with strong antigenicity, is expected to become a new immunodiagnosis antigen for cysticercosis.
