一、引言屈服强度σ_(0·2)是金属材料的基本机械性能,它作为微量塑性变形的抗力指标,是零构件进行强度设计的重要依据。如何准确无误地测定σ_(0·2) ,对于进行材质检验以及仲裁试验,保证机械产品的服役性能,均有着重要的工程实用意义。目前,用于测试σ_(0·2) 的引伸计种类繁多,其中有些是:电子拉伸试验机配套的高精度引伸计,也有很多是适用于普通机械或液压式试验机的一般引伸计。归纳起来大体可分为以下几类:
I. INTRODUCTION Yield strength σ_ (0.2) is the basic mechanical properties of metal materials. It is used as an index of resistance to micro plastic deformation and is an important basis for the strength design of components.
