我所近几年来用黄鳝血治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎63例,取得了满意的效果。治疗方法:将黄鳝先放在清水中养6～8小时。治疗时,用3%双氧水或生理盐水洗患耳,擦干脓液,吸干水份,然后用镊子或止血钳将黄鳝颈部钳住,用消毒后的剪刀把尾巴剪断,让鲜血滴进耳中,侧卧20～40分钟可以活动,轻者1次,重者2次即可愈合。病例:×××,女性,17岁,单侧耳流脓17年,鼓膜
