建立了气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC-MS/MS)测定复合食品包装袋中2,4-二氨基甲苯的方法。样品中2,4-二氨基甲苯经沸水提取后,加入NaCl并用二氯甲烷进行液-液萃取,经氮吹浓缩后直接经GC-MS/MS进行定性定量分析。结果表明,标准溶液在0.030~2.00 mg/L范围内,线性良好(r=0.9995);方法检出限为0.2μg/L;平均回收率为93.4%~99.3%;RSD偏差(n=6)为1.9%~2.6%。该方法可用于复合食品包装袋中2,4-二氨基甲苯的快速分析。
A method for the determination of 2,4-diaminotoluene in compound food packaging bags by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS) was established. In the sample, 2,4-diaminotoluene was extracted by boiling water, then NaCl was added and subjected to liquid-liquid extraction with methylene chloride. The product was directly subjected to qualitative and quantitative analysis by GC-MS / MS after concentration by nitrogen. The results showed that the standard solution was linear in the range of 0.030-2.00 mg / L (r = 0.9995), the detection limit was 0.2 μg / L and the average recovery was 93.4% -99.3%. The RSD deviation (n = 6) 1.9% ~ 2.6%. The method can be used for rapid analysis of 2,4-diaminotoluene in compound food bags.
