采用邻苯二甲醛柱前衍生，反相高效液相色谱、萤光检测和单泵洗脱分析测定牡蛎提取物中的牛磺酸。分析方法为在２－巯基乙醇存在下．与ＯＰＡ衍生反应后，在ＯＤＳ柱上分离。本方法回收率较好，灵敏度高．对照品溶液测试在贮藏条件下稳定。
O-phthalaldehyde precolumn derivatization, RP-HPLC, fluorescence detection, and single pump elution analysis were used to determine taurine in oyster extracts. The analytical method is in the presence of 2-mercaptoethanol. After derivatization with OPA, it was separated on an ODS column. The method has better recovery and high sensitivity. The reference solution test is stable under storage conditions.
