目的观察白假丝酵母菌生物膜形成过程中耐药性产生的变化情况。方法利用载玻片法形成白假丝酵母菌生物膜结构,倒置显微镜观察不同阶段的生物膜形态,用美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)微量稀释法检测浮游状态白假丝酵母菌耐药性,用二甲氧唑黄(XTT)减低法获得生物膜耐药性的变化情况。结果白假丝酵母菌耐药性随着生物膜的成熟不断增强,比游离态菌高100倍以上。结论成熟生物膜与耐药性增强有明显正相关性。
Objective To observe the changes of drug resistance during the biofilm formation of Candida albicans. Methods The biofilm structure of Candida albicans was formed by slide method. The biofilm morphology at different stages was observed with inverted microscope. The drug resistance of Candida albicans in the floating state was detected by the microtiter method of the American Clinical Laboratory Standardization Committee (NCCLS) , And the change of biofilm drug resistance was obtained by reduction with methoxypyrazol (XTT). Results Candida albicans resistance increased with the maturation of biofilm, more than 100 times higher than the free-state bacteria. Conclusion There is a clear positive correlation between mature biofilm and enhanced drug resistance.
