The Provisions of the Supreme People’s Court on Several Issues Concerning the Trial of Enterprise Bankruptcy Cases (the “Provisions”) have been published in the Provisions of the Supreme People’s Court on Several Issues Concerning the Bankruptcy Cases of Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as “Certain Provisions”), July 18, 2002 by the Supreme People’s Court Judicial Committee adopted the 1232nd meeting, and in September 1, 2002 formally applied
