研究了采用氮气充压控制精馏塔操作压力的控制方法。氮气充压系统主要由恒压罐、正压罐和负压罐构成,其中恒压罐与精馏塔塔顶相连。首先通过理论比较了氮气充压新方法和传统冷却介质调节法,表明新方法的恒压作用更加快速可靠。试验考察了氮气充压系统的可行性及压力波动调节的灵敏度和可靠性,并且进行了新方法的微正压精馏过程的压力控制试验,结果表明新方法调节灵敏,恒压稳定。
The control method of using nitrogen to control the operating pressure of distillation column was studied. Nitrogen gas pressure system mainly consists of constant pressure tank, positive pressure tank and negative pressure tank, in which the constant pressure tank is connected with the top of the distillation column. Firstly, a new nitrogen charging method and a traditional cooling medium adjusting method are compared by theory, which shows that the new method is more rapid and reliable. The feasibility of the nitrogen charging system and the sensitivity and reliability of the pressure fluctuation were investigated. The pressure control experiments of the new method in the micro-positive pressure rectification process were carried out. The results show that the new method is sensitive and stable.
