随着中国经济体制的变化,如今供电企业为了适应市场环境而加大了改革力度,并转变管理方式,以期实现增强企业持续发展的动力。为了能够确保激发员工内生动力,供电企业加大了教育培训力度,然而在实际培训工作中还存在一定的问题,导致难以实现激发员工内容动力的目的。本文主要分析了当前供电企业激发员工培训内生动力存在的问题,并针对探索以联合化激励进行员工内生动力的措施进行了研究和探讨。
With the change of China’s economic system, the power supply enterprises nowadays have stepped up the reform in order to adapt to the market environment and changed the management mode in order to realize the impetus to the sustainable development of the enterprises. In order to ensure motivation to motivate employees, power supply enterprises have stepped up education and training efforts. However, there are still some problems in practical training, which makes it difficult to motivate employee content motivation. This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems of motivating staff training endogenous motivation in power supply enterprises and studies and probes into the measures to explore the endogenous motivation of staff motivated by union motivation.
