考察了干燥微甘菊的沼气发酵产气潜力.设置了两个实验组和一个对照组,采用全混合式的发酵类型,分别在中温30℃和常温约23℃的两种温度条件下进行沼气发酵实验.结果表明,中温30℃和常温23℃实验组的沼气发酵历时29d,中温30℃和常温23℃的净产气量分别为2 455mL和1 855mL.通过计算得出,中温30℃下干燥薇甘菊的TS产气潜力为347 mL/g,VS产气潜力为407mL/g,相比于新鲜薇甘菊的产气潜力,干燥薇甘菊的TS和VS产气潜力都有所下降.
The biogas fermentation gas production potential of dry micro-chamomile was investigated.The two experiment groups and one control group were set up, and all-mixed fermentation type was used to carry out biogas at two temperatures, 30 ℃ and 23 ℃, respectively Fermentation experiments.The results showed that the biogas fermentation in the experimental group at the medium temperature of 30 ℃ and the room temperature of 23 ℃ lasted for 29 days, and the net gas production at the medium temperature of 30 ℃ and the room temperature of 23 ℃ was 2 455mL and 1 855mL, respectively.According to the calculation, TS gas production potential of Mikania micrantha was 347 mL / g and VS gas production potential was 407 mL / g.
