中国木材总公司中南公司自60年代初组建以来,一直经营调拨和储存国家计划内木材业务。从1985年起,该公司实行计划内和计划外经营并行,但由于基建规模缩小,木材市场一度销售疲软,1990年至1991年连续两年发生亏损,累计亏损额达到1083万元。针对这种情况,我们中央企业财政驻厂员处于今年年初,将该公司列为扭亏增盈重点帮促对象,并派驻厂员深入企业,参与企业扭亏活动。一季度,该公司实现销售收入4014万元,实现利润39.4万元,减亏增盈267.4万元,扭亏工作初见成效。我们与企业共同作好了以下几项工作:
China National Timber Corporation Zhongnan Company has been operating the allocation and storage of the national plan timber business since its establishment in the early 60s. Since 1985, the company has implemented both planned and unplanned operations. However, due to the shrinking scale of infrastructure, the timber market has been sluggish for a period of time. From 1990 to 1991, losses occurred for two consecutive years, and the cumulative loss amounted to 10.83 million yuan. In view of this situation, the central government corporate resident factory clerk was at the beginning of this year, listed the company as a key target for turnaround and profit increase, and dispatched factory staff to go deep into the company to participate in the company’s turnaround. In the first quarter, the company achieved a sales income of 40.14 million yuan, a profit of 394,000 yuan, and a loss reduction of 2.697 million yuan.
