新世纪课程改革已十个年头,教师教学发展状况值得探索。基于新课改,从基础教育优质公平的视角对当前中小学教师教学发展现状进行调查研究。结果显示,多数教师已基本养成良好的教学习惯和方式,能够善待学生的质疑提问,较为公平地对待每个学生,在这些方面城乡教师无显著差异。教师能够比较经常地利用网络资源、运用课堂提问和倾听技术手段进行有效教学,城区教师在有效教学行为表现自我评价方面优于农村教师。学生对当前教师教学水平总体感觉比较满意,但城乡之间、中小学之间存在显著性差异,对教师教学满意度农村学生高于城区学生,小学生高于中学生。
Curriculum reform in the new century has been ten years, the status of teacher teaching is worth exploring. Based on the new curriculum reform, the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers’ teaching development is investigated from the perspective of quality and fairness of basic education. The results show that most teachers have basically developed good teaching habits and methods, can treat students’ questioning and questioning more fairly and treat each student fairly and have no obvious difference in these aspects. Teachers can use online resources more often, use classroom questions and listen to technical means to carry out effective teaching. Teachers in urban areas are better than rural teachers in self-evaluation of effective teaching behavior. The students are generally satisfied with the current teachers’ teaching level. However, there is a significant difference between urban and rural areas and between primary and secondary schools. Satisfaction of teachers is better than rural students in rural areas and primary school students.
