不锈钢冶炼的首要任务就是在较高的铬含量下使钢液脱碳。对高温熔池内碳、铬竞争氧化的热力学因素进行研究分析,使高铬钢液中的碳得到选择性氧化而使铬的损失降到最小程度,这是不锈钢精炼的核心问题和技术关键。
The primary task of stainless steel smelting is decarburization of molten steel at higher chromium content. The thermodynamic factors of carbon and chromium competing oxidation in high-temperature molten pool were studied and analyzed, which made the carbon in high-chromium liquid steel selectively oxidized and minimized the loss of chromium, which was the key issue and the key technology of stainless steel refining.
