自1972年中日邦交正常化以来,双边贸易持续、迅速发展,中日两国已成长为重要的经济贸易伙伴.为进一步促进中日经济贸易的不断发展,近几年来中日两国政府及民间人士采取了许多积极的措施,巩固成果,克服不足,以使双边经贸能均衡、有秩序地发展,使企业间的商业活动能平等互利、公平合理.而制订出一套具有现代色彩的中日贸易合同条款集是上述措施之一.
