以防城港20万t矿石码头为例,分析了码头带式输送机电动机低效运行的各种影响因素,提出了输送机分段节能措施,并建立了分段设计的数学模型。通过分析发现,码头输送机节能技术对6~7万t巴拿马散货船、10万t级大型散货船和15万t级好望角型散货船的节能率分别达到67%、45%和39%,研究结果对其他散货码头有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking Fangchenggang 200,000 t ore terminal as an example, various influencing factors of the inefficient operation of the dock belt conveyor motor were analyzed. The energy saving measures of the conveyor section were proposed and the mathematical model of the sectional design was established. The analysis shows that the energy-saving rate of terminal conveyor energy-saving technologies reaches 67%, 45% and 39% respectively for 60000 to 70000 t Panama bulk carriers, 100,000 t class bulk carriers and 150,000 t class Capesize bulk carriers %, The research results have some reference to other bulk terminals.
