在分析了冷变形时效工艺对Cu 2 .5Fe 0 .0 3P 0 .1Zn合金的显微硬度影响基础上 ,提出了一种基于模糊控制的该合金显微硬度预测模型。结果表明 ,在试验范围内 ,预测值与实测值的相对误差为± 5 % ,呈现出较好的吻合性
Based on the analysis of the effect of cold deformation aging process on the microhardness of Cu 2 .5Fe 0 .0 3P 0 .1Zn alloy, a predictive model of microhardness of the alloy based on fuzzy control was proposed. The results show that within the experimental range, the relative error between the predicted value and the measured value is ± 5%, showing a good agreement
