常温成品油管道会影响同沟敷设的加热原油管道的土壤温度场。应用保角变换方法,推导了同沟敷设管道稳态土壤温度场的解析计算公式。以国内某同沟敷设管道为例,分别采用解析公式和数值模拟方法计算稳态土壤温度场,结果表明:在与管道水平距离小于2.5m的范围内,数值模拟结果大于解析公式计算结果;在与管道水平距离大于2.5m的范围内,数值模拟结果小于解析公式计算结果;两者的相对误差最大为5%,因此验证了解析公式的正确性。误差产生原因:一是两种方法的计算区域不同,解析法认为管道截面水平方向无穷远处的土壤自然温度场不受管道影响,而数值模拟法认为管道截面水平方向的计算区域存在边界;二是在公式推导过程中,为简化计算,对一些参数取平均值。
Normal temperature product pipeline will affect the laying of the same ditch heated crude oil pipeline soil temperature field. The conformal transformation method is used to derive the analytic formula of steady soil temperature field in the same ditch. Taking the pipe laying in the same trench in China as an example, the steady-state soil temperature field is calculated by analytical formula and numerical simulation method respectively. The results show that the numerical simulation results are larger than the analytical results in the horizontal distance less than 2.5m. When the horizontal distance to the pipeline is more than 2.5m, the numerical simulation result is smaller than the analytical result. The relative error between the two is up to 5%, so the correctness of the analytical formula is verified. The reason for the error is as follows: First, the calculation areas of the two methods are different. The analytic method considers that the soil natural temperature field at infinity in the horizontal section of the pipeline is not influenced by the pipeline, while the numerical simulation method considers the boundary in the calculation area of the horizontal section of the pipeline. In the process of formula derivation, in order to simplify the calculation, some parameters are averaged.
