通过检测体外培养的HepG2肝肿瘤细胞中NAD(P)H-醌还原酶(QR)的活性,对茶叶中多种组分及单体诱导代谢解毒酶活性的能力进行了比较。结果发现,茶多酚、茶色素、混合茶对QR活性均有较明显的诱导作用;茶色素成分茶红素、茶多酚单体成分表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)、表儿茶素没食子酸酯(ECG)等也显示了一定的诱导作用,而表没食子儿茶素(EGC)、表儿茶素(EC)、茶黄素、茶类黄醇、茶多糖和茶咖啡因的诱导作用不明显。结果表明:茶叶多种组分和单体均具有对体内解毒酶QR活性的诱导作用,而其中混合成份比单体成份的作用更为明显。因此,茶叶的抗氧化作用应是以茶多酚、茶色素为主的多种组分共同作用的结果
By measuring the activity of NAD(P)H-quinone reductase (QR) in HepG2 liver tumor cells cultured in vitro, the ability of multiple components and monomers in tea to induce metabolic detoxifying enzyme activity was compared. As a result, it was found that tea polyphenols, tea pigments, and mixed tea all had a clear induction effect on the QR activity; the tea pigment component theaflavin and the tea polyphenol monomer composition showed epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), a Quercetin gallate (ECG) et al. also showed some induction, while epigallocatechin (EGC), epicatechin (EC), theaflavin, tea-like alcohol, tea polysaccharides, and tea caffeine. The induction effect is not obvious. The results showed that many components and monomers of tea had the induction effect on the detoxification enzyme QR activity in vivo, and the mixed component was more obvious than the monomer component. Therefore, the antioxidant effect of tea should be the result of the combined action of various components such as tea polyphenols and tea pigments.
