使用乙酰丙酮基羰基三苯膦铑催化剂,对1-已烯含量为74-86%的蜡裂己烯馏分醛化制取庚醛。在合成气压力1.5MPa、反应温度100℃、铑催化剂在烯烃中的浓度为25-30ppm的条件下,100毫升和2升高压釜寿命试验结果,1-已烯转化率平均70-93%,庚醛选择性平均99-100%,正构和异构醛的比值平均大于4,每克催化剂得醛41~49公斤。使用过量的三苯膦配体可以提高产品醛的正异构比和抑制催化剂的失活。
Acetylacetonatocarbonyl triphenylphosphine rhodium catalyst was used to hydroformylate the cyclohexene-1-hexene fraction to 74-86%. Under the condition of syngas pressure of 1.5MPa, reaction temperature of 100 ℃ and concentration of rhodium catalyst in olefin of 25-30ppm, the results of longevity test of 100ml and 2ℓ autoclave showed that the conversion of 1-hexene averaged 70-93% Heptenal selectivity average 99-100%, normal and heterogeneous aldehyde ratio on average more than 4, per gram of catalyst aldehyde 41 to 49 kilograms. The use of an excess of triphenylphosphine ligand can increase the normal-isomer ratio of the aldehyde product and inhibit catalyst deactivation.
