一、概况我厂老设备多,车床导轨大部磨损严重,造成溜板箱下沉,以至丝杠、光杠、开关杠装配尺寸链精度达不到要求。为了减少导轨磨损,延长机床使用寿命,解决溜板箱下沉,修复三杠尺寸链精度,在机床大修中,我们改革了传统的修理工艺,采用了在车床大拖板导轨面上粘结辐射接枝聚四氟乙烯薄板(SFX-1-B)工艺。经过实地使用效果良好,导轨磨损情况大为改善。1980年4月大修的S-28车床,使用至目前为止,导轨面上的刮削花纹仍然可
