[目的]了解丰台区居民血脂水平,为血脂相关疾病的防治提供政策依据。[方法]采取分层随机抽样的方法抽取892名丰台区居民,用全自动生化仪并对其做血脂检测。[结果]丰台区居民血清TC、TG、HDL、LDL均值分别波动在144.77~194.58mg/dL、56.70~115.56mg/dL、45.66~75.96mg/dL、57.59~118.40mg/dL之间,男女TC、TG、LDL均随年龄增长而上升。HDL水平与年龄无关,与性别有关。血脂异常检出率随年龄增长而增加,且有年轻化的趋势。血清TG、LDL、AI随BMI增长而升高,HDL随BMI增长而下降。TC、LDL、AI随文化程度的上升而下降,TG、HDL与文化程度没有明显关系。[结论]血脂与年龄、性别、文化程度等因素密切相关。
[Objective] To understand the lipid level of residents in Fengtai District and provide policy basis for the prevention and treatment of blood-lipid-related diseases. [Methods] A total of 892 inhabitants of Fengtai District were sampled by stratified random sampling method, and their blood lipids were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. [Results] The average serum TC, TG, HDL and LDL of Fengtai residents fluctuated between 144.77 ~ 194.58mg / dL, 56.70 ~ 115.56mg / dL, 45.66 ~ 75.96mg / dL and 57.59 ~ 118.40mg / dL, respectively , TG, LDL increased with age. HDL level has nothing to do with age, and gender. Dyslipidemia detection rate increases with age, and there is a tendency of younger. Serum TG, LDL, AI increased with the increase of BMI, HDL decreased with the increase of BMI. TC, LDL and AI decreased with the increase of education level. There was no obvious relationship between TG, HDL and education level. [Conclusion] The blood lipids are closely related to age, gender and educational level.
