当前,干部考察工作中程度不同地存在着一些失真失实的问题,需要我们弘扬与时俱进的精神,积极探索,完善选贤的科学方法,为优秀人才脱颖而出创造条件。提高干部考察的准确性,有赖于方法的科学和创新。这种创新,不能只是在一些表层问题上“兜圈子”,而应是依照《干部任用条例》规定的精神,在探讨解决一些深层次问题上多做实质性的工作。第一,关于了解干部真实情况问题。考察忙活了一阵子,却了解不到真实情况的问题,是近几年各级都颇感头痛的一个问题,也是干部工作中潜伏的一个大危机。从实践看.造成这种状况的原因主要有三:一是群众的意见得不到充分重视。不少地方经过必要的民意程序,确定了考察人选后,大多还得尊重干部所
