目的探讨和分析心理护理干预措施在注意缺陷多动障碍患儿中的应用效果。方法选取在我院接受治疗的注意缺陷多动障碍患儿82例,按照随机数字表的方法,随机地分为观察组(n=41)和对照组(n=41),对对照组的患儿在药物治疗的基础上采取常规的护理措施,对观察组的患儿采取常规护理基础上的心理护理干预措施,进行干预后比较两组患儿的Conners儿童行为量表评分、平均言语智商、平均操作智商,并进行护理满意度调查,比较两组患儿家长的护理满意度。结果干预后观察组患儿的Conners儿童行为量表评分各项指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿的平均言语智商得分、平均操作智商得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿家长的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预措施在接受药物治疗的注意缺陷多动障碍患儿中应用效果显著,有助于改善患儿的临床症状和智力水平,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of psychological nursing interventions in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Methods Eighty children with ADHD who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (n = 41) and control group (n = 41) according to random number table. Based on the drug treatment, the children took routine nursing measures, taking the psychological care interventions based on the routine nursing of the observation group, and then compared the Conners children’s behavior scale scores, the average verbal IQ, The average operating IQ, and nursing satisfaction survey to compare the two parents of children’s nursing satisfaction. Results After intervention, the scores of Conners children’s behavior scale in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (P <0.05). The mean speech IQ score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the parents in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing interventions in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder treated with drugs have significant effect, which can help to improve the clinical symptoms and intelligence of children and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worth popularizing and applying.
