1.本文报告了应用在酒精或甲醛液中保存的白鼠皮肤,移植于白鼠的皮肤全切除创伤中,来观察机体对于创伤中移植片的反应,以及移植片对创伤的作用。2.在移植后三天的标本中,可观察到机体皮肤表皮伸入移植片中生长。创伤中的机体结缔组织,也开始向移植片组织中生长,发生联系。但在移植片和机体组织间仍大部分保留着间隙,有少数白血球游离其间。3.在移植后一周,机体表皮继续伸入移植片中生长。移植片和机体组织间的间隙已消失,代之以疤痕纤维组织,即机体组织和移植片组织打成一片。4.在移植手术后二周,机体组织不论表皮或结缔组织更深入的在移植片组织中生长。移植片和机体组织混淆一起,无分彼此。如果没有其它指针的帮助,简直无法将它们原来的界限划分开来。5.移植后三周的标本,移植片表面开始糜烂,创伤四周机体皮肤也开始在移植片下向创伤中缩进。从组织学检查,机体表皮不再继续伸进移植片中迁移生长,表现生长停滞现象。但移植片下部和机体组织的联系仍属完好,纤维组织增多,微血管分布也很丰富。在移植片具皮层中部往往构成白血球防御带,将真皮层分隔成上下两部。上部分即为表面糜烂部分,下部分即为有丰富的机体组织生长进来的真皮部分。6.从上述这些结果表明,机体组织包括表皮和结缔组织都能伸入移植片组织中生长,即移植片不引起机体的异物反应而被排除。机体组织的在移植片中生长,将移植片暂时作为自身构成的一部分而覆盖着创伤(约三周左右)。这些事实,提供了临床上在大面积创伤中使用保存皮肤的可能性。

From the above results, it is shown that the body tissues, including the epidermis and the connective tissue, can all grow into the transplanted tissue, that is, the transplanted pieces are excluded from the body’s foreign body reaction. Body tissue grows in a graft that temporarily covers the graft (about three weeks or so) as part of its own composition. These facts provide the possibility of clinically using a preserved skin in a large area of trauma.
