为了全面了解应力吸收层特种改性沥青结合料的粘温特性,确定合理的拌和压实温度,对其进行不同温度下的布氏旋转粘度测试,分析粘度等参数随温度的变化规律,比较粘度试验中不同转子的旋转表面剪切与压路机碾压形变剪切的差异性,并根据旋转压实密实特性确定压实温度。结果表明:该特种改性沥青结合料拌和温度范围在175~180℃、初压温度为155~165℃是比较合理的,复压及终压紧跟其后,为应力吸收层混合料配合比设计和施工工艺确定提供重要参考。
In order to fully understand the viscosity-temperature characteristics of the special modified asphalt binder with stress-absorbing layer, a reasonable mixing and compaction temperature was determined, and the Brookfield rotational viscosity test was carried out at different temperatures. The variation of viscosity and other parameters with temperature were analyzed. The difference between the rotating surface shearing of different rotors and the rolling compaction shearing of the roller during the test, and the compaction temperature is determined according to the compaction characteristics of rotary compaction. The results show that the mixing temperature range of the special modified asphalt binder is 175-180 ℃ and the initial temperature is 155-165 ℃.
