目的研究牙周炎患者依从性与医源性因素之间的相关性。方法对200例牙周炎患者进行为期2年的随访观察,记录2年内患者复诊的依从性,并对治疗医师的相关信息、治疗操作过程、患者对治疗的感受等情况进行记录。采用卡方检验比较各因素与依从性间的关系,并用Logistic回归分析找出与患者依从性关系最密切的医源性因素。结果从医年限、技术职称、沟通时间、疼痛感受与患者依从性相关(P<0.05),其中沟通时间与依从性的相关性最高(P<0.01)。结论某些医源性因素,如医师从医年限、技术职称、沟通时间、治疗过程中的疼痛可以影响牙周炎患者的依从性。
Objective To study the correlation between compliance and iatrogenic factors in patients with periodontitis. Methods A total of 200 patients with periodontitis were followed up for 2 years. The compliance of patients ’referrals within 2 years was recorded. The related information of the treating physicians, the course of treatment and the patients’ feelings of treatment were recorded. Using chi-square test to compare the relationship between the various factors and compliance, and logistic regression analysis to identify the most closely related to patient compliance iatrogenic factors. Results The length of service, technical job title, communication time and pain perception were correlated with patient compliance (P <0.05). The correlation between communication time and compliance was the highest (P <0.01). Conclusion Some iatrogenic factors, such as physician years of service, technical titles, communication time, and pain in the course of treatment can affect the compliance of patients with periodontitis.
