通过对切屑截面几何、变形状态及切削比的实验分析,研究了非自由切削的变形特征.结果表明:a.随切削干涉程度的增加,切屑截形由较为规则的矩形变为不规则梯形或三角形,故由测量切屑厚度确定切削比存在较大的误差;b.非自由切削为不均匀的三维变形,切削比不能充分反映切屑截面形状的改变;c.前刀面摩擦系数是影响切削比的主要因素
Through the experimental analysis of chip cross-section geometry, deformation state and cutting ratio, the deformation characteristics of non-free cutting were studied. The results show that: a. With the increase of cutting interference, the chip truncation changes from a regular rectangle to an irregular trapezoid or triangle, so there is a big error in the cutting ratio by measuring the chip thickness; b. Non-free cutting for the non-uniform three-dimensional deformation, cutting ratio can not fully reflect the changes in chip cross-sectional shape; c. Rake friction coefficient is the main factor affecting the cutting ratio
