N-(β-二乙胺基乙基)-N-邻甲苯基-3′,4′,5′-三甲氧基苯甲酰胺马来酸盐(简称603)是我系合成的具有抗心律失常作用的一个新型化合物。由于603为一叔胺类化合物,静脉注射剂量很小,至今未见特异性好和灵敏度高的分析方法可供检测体液中的药物浓度,因此尚无法了解它的分布和消除特性。考虑到药物最终的临床效果和治疗价值,多系取决于它们的药效动力学作用,故我们选用603对家兔电刺激心脏室颤阈的提高作为分级定量的药理效应指标,研究了603的药效动力学。我们观察了给家兔快速静脉注射8种剂量603后的
