目的:探讨如何通过绩效管理提高手术资源使用效率和医疗水平。方法:选取北京协和医院开展手术专项绩效考核后半年内所有手术例数为样本,对医院实施该项绩效考核的效果进行评价和案例研究。结果:医院开展手术专项绩效考核后手术量呈增长趋势,高难度手术量和占比明显提高,高年资医师愿意更多地开展高难度手术,低年资医师有更多机会参与手术。结论:手术专项绩效考核不仅对提高手术资源使用率发挥了积极的作用,还提高了全院手术难度水平。
Objective: To explore how to improve the utilization of surgical resources and medical level through performance management. Methods: All the operation cases in Beijing Union Medical College Hospital during the six months after operation performance evaluation were selected as samples to evaluate the hospital performance of the performance evaluation and case studies. Results: The number of surgeries showed a trend of increase after special surgery performance assessment. The number and proportion of difficult surgery increased significantly. Senior physicians were willing to carry out more difficult surgeries and junior physicians had more chances to participate in surgeries. Conclusion: The special performance evaluation of surgery not only plays an active role in improving the utilization rate of surgical resources, but also improves the difficulty level of the whole hospital.
