目的:研究重组人肿瘤坏死因子α(rhTNFα)对扁桃体B淋巴母细胞(TBLCL)的趋化作用,建立一个模型以研究细胞因子与B细胞相互间的作用。方法:用EBV转化扁桃体B细胞建立TBLCL系,以小室法研究rhTNFα对TBLCL的趋化作用。结果:rhTNFα对TBLCL有明显趋化作用,并呈剂量依赖关系。这种作用能为抗TNFα的单抗E6所阻断。结论:为研究细胞与细胞因子间的相互作用提供了一种有用而简便的模型。
Objective: To study the chemotactic effect of recombinant human tumor necrosis factor α (rhTNFα) on tonsil B lymphoblasts (TBLCL) and to establish a model to study the interaction between cytokines and B cells. Methods: The EBLC was used to transform the tonsil B cells to establish the TBLCL system. The chemotactic effect of rhTNFα on TBLCL was studied by the chamber method. Results: rhTNFα had obvious chemotaxis to TBLCL in a dose-dependent manner. This effect can be blocked by anti-TNFα monoclonal antibody E6. Conclusion: A useful and easy model for studying the interaction between cells and cytokines is provided.
