采用改良的放射受体测试技术,建立了一种灵敏、稳定、快速、精确的血清1,25-(OH)_2-D_3(1,25—Dihydoxyvitamin D_3,Dihydroxycholecalciferol,DHCC)检测方法,并应用于先天性佝偻病及青春期佝偻病的临床研究,佝偻病观察组血清DHCC含量显著低于正常对照组,且对佝偻病的检出率显著高于低钙征、血生化检查及X线检查,故血清DHCC检测可作为佝偻病灵敏而特异的早期诊断指标。基于新生儿血清DHCC含量与其母体紧密相关,检测孕妇血清DHCC含量,可作为诊断、防治先天性佝偻病的重要依据。
A sensitive, stable, rapid and accurate method for detection of 1,25-Dihydoxyvitamin D_3 (DHCC) was established by using modified radioreceptor technology. The method was applied to Congenital rickets and adolescent rickets clinical research, rickets observation serum DHCC levels were significantly lower than the control group, and the detection rate of rickets was significantly higher than the low calcium sign, blood biochemical tests and X-ray examination, serum DHCC test As a rickets sensitive and specific early diagnosis. Based on neonatal serum DHCC content and its maternal closely related to detection of pregnant women serum DHCC levels, can be used as diagnosis, prevention and treatment of congenital rickets is an important basis.
